LOCATION

Approximately 10 km to the centre of Ballarat and five minutes drive from Sebastopol. School buses and a V/line bus.  A map is provided in the photo page link.

CURRENT USE

Operating on a low maintenance scale as a boarding house receiving: $100 per week per single adults. $110. per week per couple. $200 bond required. $15 per week extra for linen. Over night stays at $50 per room per night. Occupants make their own meals and clean up after themselves. Approximately 3 hours per week cleaning required. We currently provide transitional housing, overnight accommodation and long term accommodation to students, working people, people on pensions and unemployed people. The separate house is currently occupied by the owners, which has a potential to be let out at $220.00 per week.

OCCUPANCY RATE

60% full all the time 7 days per week. As a Boarding House with some overnight stays. There is a huge potential for future overnight stays if you wish.
